1. Provider and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the SkipCode customer portal, website-building, hosting, billing, domain-registration and related services. By creating an account or ordering a service, you agree to the version displayed at the time of acceptance.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, maintain a working email address and promptly update billing and registrant details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.
3. Orders, prices, VAT and invoices
Prices and the applicable tax treatment are shown before payment. VAT is calculated from the billing document type, country and verified tax information. A zero-rate or reverse-charge treatment is applied only when the required conditions and validations are satisfied. You remain responsible for the correctness of the submitted tax information.
4. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
The checkout identifies whether a service is one-time or recurring. Recurring services continue according to the displayed billing interval until cancelled through the available workflow. Refund eligibility depends on the service, performance already completed, applicable consumer law and third-party registry/provider rules. Domain registrations may become non-refundable immediately after successful registration.
5. Acceptable use and customer content
You may not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or abusive activity. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, back up and display it for delivery of the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for all submitted content and personal data.
6. Availability, maintenance and third parties
We use reasonable operational safeguards but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet, DNS, payment, registrar, cloud and other third-party services can affect operation. We may suspend a service when necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment or protection of the platform and its users.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Termination and data export
You may stop using the service subject to outstanding charges and service-specific commitments. After termination, access may be limited and data may be retained or deleted according to the privacy policy, legal obligations, backup cycles and any documented export period.
9. Changes, law and contact
Material changes will be presented through the portal or another reasonable notice. Greek law applies, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact us for legal or account questions.
